Two Arrested, Charged With Capital Murder In Death Of New Orleans Police Officer

19-year-old Frederick Jackson and 21-year-old Anthony Jenkins were arrested and charged in the August 21 killing of New Orleans police officer Everett Briscoe and shooting of DJ Riculfy.
