An appeals court has paused the trial to finish deciding on whether another one of the five other officers that was involved with Gray's death will have to testify.

"We can't sit back and make excuses," says BGV Founder Nykidra "Nyki" Robinson. "Our vote is our voice. It doesn't matter if you don't have a GED, or if you have a PhD, we're all the same."
