Bad news Cowboys fans, it looks like Ezekiel Elliot’s 6-game suspension is back on, again.
The running back will not be allowed to play until Christmas Eve when the Cowboys take on the Seattle Seahawks at home.
Today’s hearing was important, there was high hopes that the ruling would be overturned by the Second Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals and that he would be allowed to play this season, but it’s not happening.

The National Football League Players Association (NFLPA) was unable to convince the panel of three judges to overturn the verdict that was handed down by Judge Failla and his request was denied.
