During Sunday’s WWE SmackDown LIVE, the 47-year old Commissioner Shane McMahon injured himself during his “Hell in a Cell” cage match against his rival Kevin Owens.
After the two finished battling it out in the inside the ring, at the Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, McMahon made his way to the top of the cage and jumped 20 feet to the ground to knockout Owens.

McMahon didn’t get to knockout Owens because the jump nocked himself out when he hit the announcer table. It took him a few seconds to come through with WWE coworkers and medial responders rushing to his side for aide.
The company even made a statement
“SmackDown LIVE Commissioner Shane McMahon has been taken to local medical facility after leaping from the top of Hell in a Cell and crashing through an announce table during his brutal Falls Count Anywhere Hell in a Cell Match against Kevin Owens,”
“A preliminary report has determined that Shane may be dealing with multiple injuries, including neck trauma, fractured ribs and a dislocated shoulder. While nothing has been confirmed at this time, WWE.com will continue to monitor Shane’s condition.”
Shane McMahon started out in the family business when he was just 15-years old where he was filling merchandise orders at the warehouse to being a part-time wrestler and a minority owner of the WWE too.
