Last week a heated screaming match was started by a woman in a Delaware crab house when she verbally berated a veteran, giving her two-cents about his service dog being inside of a restaurant.
The woman was later identified as Ciara Miller after her screaming went from zero to thirty and she became the angry, unhinged and ranting woman on video that was taken and posted by the owners RJ Wisowaty. That’s right, Ciara’s loud argument not only can be seen on video, but her cussing screaming match has also gone viral.

In the video we hear Ciara along with other customers going back and forth over the fact that a veteran had his service dog with him in the restaurant while he and his family dined in.
The video shows Ciara Miller berating the veteran, but it also showed him and his service dog calmly standing there not engaging, participating or contributing to the battle of words. In fact, in one or two scenes you see the vet give Ciara’s husband a pat that symbolized that it was ok.
In an interview with Fo29, Ciara, claimed that the people around her were hurling slurs at her, but in the video, you don’t hear anything to support this.
The vet was also identified as former Army National Guardsman, Bill Austin and his dog JP.
That day/night Bill and his family went to dine at the crab house, but Bill had his dog- who is a Great Dane because JP helps him with his post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Bill is a vet who did multiple tours in Iraq, Bosnia and Afghanistan and was left with psychological trauma.
Ciara said that she found the idea of an animal inside a restaurant with food around disgusting. “I’m leaving because the food is nasty and there’s a dog,” Ciara yelled.
One of the employees tried to tell Ciara off-camera that Bill needed the dog because he “fought for our country,” and that sent Ciara into cussing rant saying, “My husband’s dad fought for the f**king country!” Ciara yelled. “So what? It’s still nasty to me! It should be a separate section for a f**king animal!”
She continued yelling and calling people b**ch and whore saying no one was going to change her mind. She did try leaving a few times, but kept coming back inside to continue her fight.
At one point you see a few men are seen in front of the camera and they were screaming to get her the f*** out to her husband. That’s when the husband did remove her and an employee locked the doors bending her and apologizing to the customers at the same time.
Later on the restaurant took to Facebook saying:
“We would like to express at this time how sorry we are over the embarrassing turn of events that occurred earlier this week in our restaurant, here in Delaware City.

It is unfortunate that some of the public are not familiar with federal regulations regarding service animals, which, in fact, do permit service animals into establishments such as a grocery stores, public buildings and restaurants, giving aid and comfort to their masters in their time of need.

That being said, we would like to take what my have been perceived as a negative incident and turn this into a positive opportunity, by educating and enlightening the public about the role of service animals and how they help and serve many returning veterans who have suffered serious wounds and injuries, as well as those veterans suffering from PTSD.

So, at this time, we would like to announce that we will be sponsoring a fundraising effort for veterans and service animals thru the Montana Wounded Warriors.”
When Ciara spoke to Fox 29 Philadelphia she showed no regrets to how she reacted that day by saying, “No, actually I don’t regret how vocal I was. I reacted based on the way they reacted to me.”
She continued with saying, “The dog’s body was about the same height as the table. Basically, the butt was sitting in front of me at the table.”
She also said that she and her family are being harassed too.
