Another ATL rapper, 21 Savage, felt like he needed to apologize to the world on behalf of Atlanta.

Joc says he knew the outfit would lead to backlash, but says he had to “man up” and “put on a f*cking dress.”
He added, “All I’ma say is, quit being so judgmental, people. It’s threads.”
