On Saturday the former President Barack Obama tweeted out a quote from Nelson Mandela’s 1994 autobiography, “Long Walk to Freedom,” after the deadly and violent incidents in Charlottesville, N.C.

His tweet’s quote said, “No one is born hating another person because of the color of his skin or his background or his religion…” and along with that post, Frm President Obama attached a picture of him smiling while looking up at three young children at a daycare in Maryland.
The picture was a strong and appropriate message with each toddler being of a different race.

Obama’s tweet is one of a few tweets he’s posted this year, but this tweet hit 2.8 million likes late Tuesday night and it was retweeted 1.2 millions times too.
