The L.A. Rams have become the first NFL team to sponsor the LGBT. The team have joined forces with Venice Pride to show that support for the month of June.
For the 2nd annual pride event, the Rams have adopted the blue in the beach’s sign which is the letter “C” in the Venice rainbow sign. The rest of the letters will be also lit n the remaining rainbow colors too.
They Los Angeles Blade has posted this statement:
We are proud to work with Venice Pride and to stand in alignment with the LGBT community that is such an important part of the fabric of Los Angeles. Inclusion has always been a valued part of our organization and we see this as a unique way to publicly celebrate the diversity that makes this community so special. – Rams VP of Community Affairs Molly Higgins
Today will kickoff a ceremony for the Venice Pride sign with the lighting and a block party too #LARams #pride #VenicePride.
