In a surprising story, the Atlanta Falcons’ wide receiver Mohamed Sanu posted a note that was giving to him by a former fellow passenger from the flight he had just gotten off of.
He took to his IG page to say, “This definitely made me smile. Thank you to the family that sat behind. Hope little man becomes a great one #thelittlethings.” The post was on April 21, but TMZ Sports just reported on it.

The NFL player said that he was at baggage claim when a lady tapped him on the shoulder and handed him the handwritten note asking him to read it.
He surprised at the gesture of it being an actual handwritten note, but the words took him back some too.
Sanu tells TMZ Sports in a video interview that the note was apparently written by fellow passengers that sat behind him during their flight.

“Hi!

You don’t now us but we wanted to thank you. Our son sat behind you on this flight and watched you. He saw you studying your plays, watched you make healthy choices with your snacks, food and drink. He watched how polite you were to everyone. He’s only 10 but just made an elite hockey team and we are on our way to training in CT. You are an inspiration to children and for that you should be proud!

Thank you and best of luck!

The family that sat behind you”

He said that if he could tell them anything he would saying, “I appreciate those kind words. It definitely put a big smile on my face and made me feel good about myself. It’s not everyday that somebody just recognizes you for being you. It was pretty cool. Let them know, I’m glad I was able to be a positive influence on your son and I wish them best with everything.”
Sanu said that the second he read the letter he turned around to look for the family and they were gone.
