CBS is bringing James Corden’s Carpool Karaoke to it’s own TV showtime outside of his The Late Late Show with James Corden.
The new series Carpool Karaoke: The Series has been scheduled to stream on Apple Music as the portal’s first series. The new show won’t have just one host, it will have sixteen different host one of which will be James Corden himself.
They just released a teaser showing us a little mashup of which celebs will appear on the show and some of the what they sing. In this video we catch Will Smith, Shaquille O’Neal, Ariana Grande and John Cena.
And in addition to those celebs, we will also get to see, Seth MacFarlane, Billy Eichner, Metallica, Alicia Keys, John Legend, Chelsea Handler, Blake Shelton, Michael Strahan, Jeff Gordon and more.
In a panel for the show a couple of the show’s producers and Corden talked about the show. Corden said, “I’m going to see my kid on the weekends. This just became a wonderful platform to see these people in a such an intimate environment. I don’t feel it’s mine.”
