Directed by Colin Tilley, the colorful visual makes sure to show just how beautiful black is showcasing an array of women of color, of all shades. The fun video compliments the up beat track, giving all the pretty young things out there something they can dance to.
Wale’s longtime girlfriend Chloe Alexis gave birth to the couples first child–a baby girl –in New York this past Friday. The DMV rapper was set to perform in Brooklyn at the One Africa Music Fest, but was forced to cancel so he could witness the birth of his little girl. The couple named their daughter Zyla Moon Oluwakemi.
Wale is already the doting father tweeting, “I never cried and smiled at the same time until today. She so beautiful slim…She perfect. My baby chocolate and beautiful.” The gushing continued for the “Ambition” emcee as he posted a picture to Instagram of Zyla’s tiny hand holding onto his index finger. The Maybach Music Group rhymer also revealed Zyla’s inspired the title of his upcoming album S.H.I.N.E..
