Late Monday, The Late Late Show with James Corden released a teaser showing his Carpool Karaoke the FLOTUS… The First Lady of The United States, Michelle Obama.
The sneek-a-peek shows us James Corden going to the White House for a tour when Michelle Obama pops into his SUV.
She tells Corden, “I hear you’re here for the 1:45 tour and uh, had a little time on my hands. So, you wanna go for a spin? Do you mind if we listen to some music?”
She starts telling Corden how she hasn’t really been in a car over seven years and that the last time she was strolling around was to teach her teenager how to drive.
The songs immediately start off with, Missy Elliott’s “Get Ur Freak on” and then you hear Beyonce’s “Single Ladies” where she of course had to do the choreography hand part of the dance.
Michelle Obama’s carpool episode airs on Wednesday, July 20th on CBS.
