The Church Without Walls is committed to addressing the needs of veterans in the City of Houston and the surrounding communities, who face many challenges, one of them being unemployment.

May 27th The Church Without Walls Armed Forces Ministry will be hosting a job fair in order to provide an opportunity for exposure and employment for our veterans and others in the surrounding community. If you are seeking a new job, in transition or want to begin a search, please come join us for a full day of networking, learning, and successful connections in an awesome environment with people just like you. There will be something for every job experience level, over 40 employers in attendance and free workshops to help improve your résumé and job searching skills.

The job fair will run from 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. at The Church Without Walls, located at 5725 Queenston Blvd., Houston, TX 77084. If you are a veteran, please bring a copy of your DD124 in order to help facilitate the hiring process. If you are not a veteran we still urge you to attend. Our goal is to help every Houstonian in need of employment.

To learn more about the Armed Forces Ministry, or how to participate, please contact Pamela Hubbard at phubbard@churchwithoutwalls.org.

About The Church Without Walls and The Armed Forces Ministry:

The Church Without Walls is one church in three locations with over 20,000 members representing over 16,500 families in the Houston area. Under the leadership of Pastor Ralph Douglas West, The Church Without Walls is devoted to spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ, the study and application of God’s Word and global outreach. The Armed Forces Ministry was established by Pastor West in order to provide means by which Veterans and active members of the Armed Forces would have the opportunity to participate as a small group in spiritual development, Christian fellowship and community outreach.
