There is nothing better than having some milk and cookies at night. Right?
Who wants a different way to enjoy your milk and cookies snack?
Well, here is what you have to do…
You will need:
Pre-portioned cookie dough (or 1 TBSP of dough), chocolate chip or whatever cookie flavor you like
Non-stick mini-muffin pan
Semi-sweet chocolate chips
Milk
(Or you can use a liqueur, eggnog or anything that will go with a good cookie)
You put each your pre-portioned or 1 TBSP of cookie dough into the mini-muffin pan and press it into a cup form and bake it for 11-14 minutes or until the edges turn light golden brown at 375 degrees.
Once they are baked, cool them down for 30 minutes and than remove them and melt one cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips and line the cookie cups with the chocolate.
You have to chill them in the fridge for about 15 minutes.
The final step is to add the milk (or which ever you selected) to the cookie cups (shooters) before you serve.
