The New York Giants safety Nat Berhne is a native resident of San Bernardino County and he also attended San Diego University…. Berhne was tweeting out yesterday during the San Bernardino, California’s mass shootings informing people that he had a very close connection to the IRC building.
In Berhne’s tweet yesterday he said that the IRC building is really close to the building where his parents work.
Unfortunately today Berhne tweeted that his cousin was one of the 14 people who were killed during the massive shooting yesterday in the IRC building.
Just got word that one of my cousins was among the 14 killed yesterday, I’m so sick right now.
Send a prayer up for my hometown #SanBernardino, active shooter situation, 20+ victims. Hurts my heart.

The 24-year old has been inactive from the Giants since his surgery in August for a blood clot in his calf.
