T.I. clarifies his original comments about ending his business relationship with Iggy Azalea. He says that Iggy is still his partner.

”Her life has taken her in a different direction. My life is still as it was before. But Iggy is doing what she feels makes Iggy happy. That’s what she should do. We’re focused on making the next Iggy record and dodge the same adversities we faced last time.”

Original Story below:

Looks like this is a case of he said she said. T.I. recently stated that he ended his business relationship with Iggy Azalea, according to Global Grind.

On why he decided to distance himself with Iggy, he stated:

“I’m loyal partner and If I rock with you I rock with you. Right or wrong. We’ll discuss that later in the car. But right now, I’ma block the bullets, but when I say go…go. Just go. Don’t stand around and talk while I’m blocking bullets. I just feel “they” [Iggy’s team] needed some time to adjust.”

He didn’t get too specific about what happened, but based on the interview above (Iggy talk starts at 3:09), it seemed like he was tired of B.S. behavior.

However, Iggy’s side says something different. They claimed that she wasn’t aware problem because T.I. is still collecting publishing checks and acting like everything is cool. Here’s a series of tweets she posted:

//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js

//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js

//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js

But T.I. said they haven’t even spoken in a while. And let’s be real, collecting publishing does not require much communication as long as contracts are in place. In terms of credibility, I’m going to go with T.I.’s story here.

Also, the radio isn’t the place to address something like this, but Twitter is? #GirlBye.
