Cody Walker

Hollywood suffered greatly when Paul Walker passed away on November 30, 2013. The young and talented actor died in a car crash during the same time he was filming Furious 7, and brother Cody Walker took the reigns on his role. Now, Cody is making a name for himself. The 27-year-old scored his first supporting role in a significant feature film as an actor in the upcoming USS Indianapolis.

The movie will star Nicolas Cage as Captain Charles McVay, the commander of a boat set to deliver parts of the atom bomb Little Boy that was dropped on Hiroshima. Cage struggles to keep his men alive after his boat is hit by a torpedo and has only minutes before sinking.

Amber Heard leaves her hotel

The rumors are true, Amber Heard tried to smuggle her pups into Australia. Two Yorkies, to be specific.

Unfortunately for the highly regarded actress and wife of Johnny Depp, the attempt was unsuccessful. She was charged with two counts of illegally importing little Pistol and Boo.

But get this – the importation charges alone could lead to a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison and a fine of $75,000. Plus, the false document charge could leave the actress in prison for an additional year along with an another fine of $7,500… Moral of the story? Keep your dogs at home.

Magic Johnson

Out with the old, in with the new… maybe. We all know Donald Trump‘s days on Celebrity Apprentice have come to an end, but we’ve yet to find out who will be replacing him. Apparently, NBC’s got googly eyes set on Magic Johnson – they told TMZ that their plan is to find “a successful minority businessperson who’s active in the inner cities.”

Sources lead us to believe they’re also considering George Lopez, who would fulfill NBC’s dream of getting a Latino host to replace Trump. As of now, Lopez says he’s yet to be contacted by the network, and there’s no word on whether or not Johnson is interested.

Season two of Starz’s original series Survivor’s Remorse is well on its way and looking better than ever before. The network just released another trailer of the must-see scripted comedy seriesand it’s definitely worth the watch. Check out the teaser above, and tune into episode 1 of season 2 on Saturday, August 22 at 9:30 p.m.
