Warren Sapp has been in the news a lot since SuperBowl and he’s back again.
Sapp was given a hot deal from his prostitution scandal in Arizona where Sapp was arrested. In this deal he agreed that he would attend and complete various counseling programs and stay out of any further criminal troubles.
If he did all that he agreed to, Sapp’s prostitution charges would be thrown out…. did he keep up his end of the deal?
NO!
Sapp was recently charged with 3 counts of domestic violence in Las Vegas for allegedly beating up his longtime girlfriend in April.
Since it hit the gossip news, Arizona prosecutors know and now they have filed new documents trying to make Sapp responsible… for going against their deal.
What’s holding him outside of that cell? The judge needs to sign off on this request from the prosecutor.
We’ll have to see what happens because so far, the only thing keeping Sapp free is that signature.
