The NFL’s Carolina Panthers’ owner Jerry Richardson has donated a sum of $100k to the families of the victims who were gunned down by Dylann Roof.

The families are each receiving $10,000 each to help with the funeral expenses.
That wasn’t the end of his donating either, he also donated $10,00 to the Emanuel African Methodist Episcopal Church where the nine victims were gunned down during their bible study class.

The letter that Richardson wrote he said, “In honor of Sharonda Coleman-Singleton, Cynthia Hurd, Susie Jackson, Ethel Lance, DePayne Middleton-Doctor, Rev. Clementa Pinckney, Tywanza Sanders, Rev. Daniel Simmons Sr., and Myra Thompson, please accept this check from the Carolina Panthers in the amount of $100,000 to provide $10,000 per family to defray funeral costs and other financial needs of each…”
The letter was sent out last Friday to the Mother Emanuel Hope Fund.
