It happened in Australian when a little 3-year old named Samara was taken to participate in in a Disney event by her Aboriginal mom, Rachel Muir.
When Rachel took her daughter to enjoy the Disney event when she and Samara were just waiting in line for their turn into the snow pit when a stranger turned around and told Samara some racial rants.

“The lady in front of us turned around to Samara and said, ‘I don’t know why you’re dressed up for because Queen Elsa isn’t black,'” Rachael said.
“I asked the woman what she meant by the comment and then one of the woman’s young daughters screwed her face, she pointed at Samara and said ‘you’re black and black is ugly.'”
Rachel continued saying, “I looked around the line and there were little girls of all different races lining up dressed as their favorite Disney characters.”
This lady’s ugly comments made little Samara cry while waiting in line for the Disney events. Something was supposed to be joyous and fun.
After the Disney event, Samara didn’t even want to participate in her dance classes anymore and when Rachael asked her why, Samara just pointed to her skin color and asked why was she black.
Her mom reassured her saying, “because God gave us you that skin color….”
