A woman found herself facing a very interesting sentencing from a judge after she was found guilty of assaulting a Burger King Employee by spraying him with pepper spray.
Planisville Judge Michael Ciccornetti explained to Diamond Gaston that she could potentially be facing 6 months in Jail for pepper spraying Burger King worker Frantz Rolles for no reason. The judge who is known for his creative sentencing told Gaston she had a choice, face 30 days in prison, or get pepper sprayed like her victim. Watch the video to see what she picked
