Here’s some shocking news out of the NFL….
Everyone remembers Richie Incognito right? Incognito was released from the Miami Dolphins when reports of his bullying against than teammate Jonathan Martin had come out.
With Incognito’s release, he didn’t play the entire 2014/15 season.
Surprising reports are showing that not only did the Buffalo Bills sign Incognito, but he received a hefty sign-on bonus.

The reports show that he also gets a “$900,000 non-guaranteed base salary, roster bonuses of $21,875 for each game that he’s on the 46-man active roster (which would total $350,000 if he plays all 16 games), and playing-time incentives that begin if he takes 60 percent of the Bills’ offensive snaps and max at $800,000 if he plays 75 percent of the snaps in 2015. Incognito can also get a $100,000 workout bonus”.
“I told them what I had learned from the whole situation,” Incognito wrote in a text to Darlington. “That I needed to respect those around me more and that I needed to realize I may find things funny that other find offensive. This whole learning process was about becoming self-aware. About becoming a better person/teammate/leader. We mutually expressed that this would be my last chance and we should look at it as a positive. Take the opportunity to bring attention to a sensitive subject while proving to people that I’m not a racist jerk. We talked about possible ways to turn this situation around and ways we can impact the community. We had a good talk for about an hour. They met separately. They then came back and said they would like me to be part of the organization.”
