Tuesday, Reggie Bush appeared on the Boomer & Carton show talking about Adrian Peterson. The Detroit Running back was defending Peterson saying he would too “harshly” discipline his daughter depending on what she did.
Bush thinks that Peterson should be allowed to play despite his actions and is also accusing social media of playing as the judge, jury and the executioner regarding Adrian Peterson’s case, but of course he backtracked that.
Bush said, “I was punished the same way, and I know of a lot of my friends and a lot of the guys I played with, they were punished the same way too”.
He said that he uses his “best judgment” regarding his 1 year old’s disciplining and admitting to coming down hard on her too, but said that he would try and not leave bruises or anything like that… When Bush was asked about using a switch to discipline her Bush said, “No, I didn’t say a branch or a stick, I said spanking. Spanking is different than a branch or a stick”.
