Taylor Swift has decided to go pop!
Country is apparently the old Taylor, as she is now on her way becoming a pop superstar. With all the success she’s had, I don’t doubt that she can do it, but is this the way to go?
She released the video to her new single “Shake It Off” and received rather mixed reviews. Either you hated it, loved it, or found it offensive. According to inFlexWeTrust, Odd Future rapper Earl Sweatshirt sent out this tweet after checking out the video:
perpetuating black stereotypes to the same demographic of white girls who hide their prejudice by proclaiming their love for the culture
