The festival is specifically seeking short films in the categories of fiction, non-fiction, music video, and the new student/under 18 category.  Films can run up to five minutes and, obviously, have to be shot on an iOS device.

Entry judges are industry experts, including representatives from entertainment, technology, and advertising, and also includes techies and filmmakers from HBO, Yahoo, BAFTA, and A&E, just to name a few.

If you’re a budding filmmaker, or a seasoned pro looking for a new challenge, the Original iPhone Film Festival could be an incredibly cool experience.  For more information on rules and regulations, CLICK HERE to head over the the official website of the Original iPhone Film Festival.
