(HOUSTON) — Houston police are asking for the public’s help in finding a person of interest in the disappearance of a man in January.

Adam Ortega, 34, has not been charged, but he is wanted for questioning.

Ortega picked up Jacob Wallace, 28, from a home at 8407 Delwin Street in Houston on January 17. Wallace hasn’t been seen since then.

Ortega is believed to have left the Houston area. He was driving a gold 2009 GMC Yukon SUV with Texas license plate BK1-098.

Anyone with information in this case or on the whereabouts of Ortega or Wallace is urged to contact the HPD Missing Persons Unit at 713-731-5223.
