(HOUSTON) — A Rosenberg man was arrested in Colorado and accused of transporting 11 Mexican citizens through the state.
Dagoberto Avila was pulled over by state troopers because they believed he may have been driving while intoxicated. That’s when they discovered people crammed into the van.

Six adults and five children told police they paid $400 to Avila and were in the country illegally.
He was being held Wednesday on 11 counts of human trafficking.
