A snowman is dead after taking a nasty tumble during Houston’s commute.
Frosty joined listener Roxie Allison for her commute from Tomball during this morning’s winter snap. As they listened to NEWS 92 FM, Frosty saw the sights as motorists cautiously managed the slightly slick and icy roadways. And then, it happened: Frosty took a tumble.
