(HOUSTON, TX)– Two men are arrested for a shooting at a birthday party that killed one and wounded two others on January 4th.
Police say Arlin Barrientos and Randy Larios were sitting inside a car outside the party when shots were fired from the vehicle. Wayland Clark was taken to Ben Taub Hospital where he later died. Two other men were treated for their injuries at area hospitals and will recover.
