Pedro Quezada of Passaic, New Jersey won a colossal $338M which is the fourth-largest lottery pot in history. Now Quezada is being sued by his ex-girlfriend Inez Sanchez who claims she is entitlted to 1/2 of the dough because he purchased the winning ticket with their earnings as a couple.
Despite 1) living together for 10 years, 2) having a child together and 3) opening a grocery store together Mr. Quezada says she is not entitled to the money because they were never married. Shots Fired!

Of the $152M he received (after Uncle Sam got his cut) $57 million was sent to Quezada’s homeland of the Dominican Republic, $5 million was given away, $300,000 was used to purchase a Clifton, N.J., home, and $20 million has reportedly just poofed into air.
