The two-year-old boy who was found wandering around an east Houston neighborhood early Thursday morning has been reunited with his parents.
Estella Olguin with Child Protective Services says the toddler was found on Navigation and taken to a nearby fire station.
The child was discovered missing when his father came home from work at four in the morning and found the front door open.
Olguin says the parents and the child are very fortunate “good samaritans” took him to a fire station.
No charges will be filed.
