A 13-year-old boy is shot in the head outside a Northwest Houston apartment complex.

Police say the teen was visiting friends at the complex on T.C. Jester near Little York when an altercation broke out.
It’s unknown whether the teen was the target or even involved in the altercation.
The shooter is still on the loose.
