A man standing by his stalled car jumps to get out of the way of a car and falls 30 feet to his death.
It happened at the Beltway and Hardy Toll road in North Harris County around 11:00 Tuesday night.
Several cars swerved to miss the stalled car but one driver didn’t see it until it was too late. Before she hit the car, she saw the man jump over the overpass. He died at the scene.
Police don’t believe the woman was impaired.
They say the victim was 58 years old.
