Gucci Mane had pled not guilty in an Atlanta courtroom this afternoon, accused of assaulting an Afghanistan war veteran with a champagne bottle.

According to TMZ, Gucci attacked the man when approached his security to ask about getting a photograph, according to that soldier.
Gucci, whose real name is Radric Davis, was indicted April 9, then arrested four days later. He went to jail for three weeks before being released on bond
