The saga continues.

Just when we thought Kevin Clash’s sex scandal was over, the ex-Elmo puppeteer has been hit with a new lawsuit. According to reports, a fifth individual has stepped forward accusing Clash of engaging in underage sex with him.

Kevin Kiadii, who is now 25, claims the abuse began when he was 16 years old and it’s left him with “severe mental, psychological and emotional trauma.” In the complaint, he claims he met Clash on a gay telephone chat line and Clash lured him over to his apartment where the two engaged in sexual conduct.

“As a compliant victim showered with attention and affection, Kiadii could not reasonably have been expected to know that he had been injured and that Kevin Clash had caused his injuries until calendar year 2012,” the suit reads.

The plaintiff, similar to the other four accusers, is now seeking unspecified damages.

However, according to Clash’s attorney Michael Berger, the puppeteer still “continues to deny any wrongdoing.”

“This lawsuit is meritless and barred by the statute of limitations. This case has been brought by the same lawyer, Jeff Herman, who brought three other similar cases in federal courts in New York, and we have moved to dismiss all three of those cases. Mr. Clash continues to deny any wrongdoing, and we intend to defend this case forcefully,” said Berger.

Herman is representing all five accusers and he insists that Kiadii’s claim follow the same pattern as the other cases.
