The White House says it has put together immigration legislation that it could send to Capitol Hill should a Senate plan not catch on. President Barack Obama is set to unveil his plan Tuesday. It’s expected to be similar tot he bipartisan Senate plan, which proposed allowing illegal immigrants living in the U.S., the opportunity to become citizens.
