Friday prosecutors dropped the remaining charges against Jessica Tata.
The day care operator left seven children alone in a home while she went shopping. The home was engulfed in fire. Four toddlers were killed. There more children were injured.
In November, Tata was sentenced to 80 years in prison for felony murder for the death of one of the children, Elias Castillo.
