One of the things that I have loved the most about being at The Box is that the employees have a lot of “light”. I do believe your employees are a reflection of their leadership (managers, owners, etc). So when your upper management has a huge light shining it will spread to everyone else which trickles down. Being around such positive, loving people is such a blessing. Just remember while you are at work or wherever you are today…shine!
