(New Orleans, LA) — Sexual battery and obscenity charges are being filed against a 32-year-old Alabama man accused of putting his testicles into the neck of a passed-out LSU fan in New Orleans after the BCS Championship Game. It happened inside of a Bourbon Street restaurant after the game while a crowd of fans wearing University of Alabama colors looked on and didn’t stop the assault. It was captured on video and that went viral on the Internet. Brian Downing surrendered to New Orleans police last week and was booked on a ten-thousand-doll bond. Alabama beat LSU in the championship game.
