A Georgia woman has a mistaken store clerk to thank for putting a few extra million dollars in her pocket.  Kathy Scruggs tells the “Savannah Morning News” her 25-million dollar lottery win came on a so-called wrong ticket.  She explains that she asked the clerk for a Mega Millions ticket, but got a Powerball ticket instead.  Kathy decided to play both and wound up matching all of the winning numbers in the September 14th Powerball drawing.  Scruggs, who’s currently unemployed, says she already has big plans for the money.  Up first is a new house for her mom and grandmother, but then she’s looking to buy a new car and do some traveling.  Kathy also says she wants to start a foundation to help the homeless and provide dental assistance to those in need.
