(Houston, TX) — A man is behind bars in Houston after he allegedly tried to carry a loaded gun with extra ammunition onto an airplane last night. Houston police say the man was caught at a security screening checkpoint with a loaded .25-caliber semi-automatic and two magazines of ammo in his carry-on bag. The man allegedly told TSA screeners he had simply forgotten the gun was in his bag. He was carrying a US Airways ticket from Houston to Phoenix, Arizona.
