Rapper Kid Cudi was excited to tweet that he won four of the auctions for the Marty McFlys Air Mags.
“Won 4 pairs of McFly’s off Ebay, xmas done came early willllyyyyyyy!!!”
He made a trip to 21 Mercer’s Nike Sportswear shop to see the kicks in person which most likely led to his auctioning for the high demand Marty McFly kicks.
The first pair of Mags — only 1,500 are being sold — was auctioned off in a live charity auction in Los Angeles Thursday night (September 8) for a reported $37,500.
All proceeds will benefit the Michael J. Fox Foundation, and Fox himself, revealed during his appearance on the “Late Show With David Letterman” that Google’s founders have agreed to match the amount the auction brings in.
