(New York, NY) — Ben & Jerry’s is making “Schweddy Balls” ice cream for the upcoming “Saturday Night Live” season premiere. The limited edition flavor is based upon an iconic character actor Alec Baldwin played on SNL. He portrayed baker Pete Schweddy whose circular sweet treats included “Schweddy Balls.” Ben & Jerry’s says the special ice cream will have malt Balls mixed with rum and vanilla. Alec Baldwin will host SNL’s 37th Season Premiere on September 24th. The actor says he foresees his epitaph reading “Here Lies Pete Schweddy.”
