An NYC street drummer has filed a lawsuit against MTV and its parent company Viacom for using his image in their “My Time Now: Nicki Minaj” documentary.
Michael Savely, who is known as “Mike Alaska,” filed a suit in a New Jersey Federal Court Tuesday accusing the two companies of violating his privacy and tarnishing his image.
Savely appears for a brief second in the opening sequence of the film which shows him near a subway platform in a public area.
