(Baltimore, MD) — More than a dozen city workers in Maryland are accused of doing a lot more than working while on the job. Officials say 13 employees in Baltimore were drinking and gambling while on duty. Police say they broke up a regular “payday” game of dice on Friday but also caught the workers drinking champagne. Authorities were tipped off to the game and made the bust at a transportation building. An investigation is underway and the employees are on suspension.=
