St. Louis’s own Nelly has a new project. It’s a new album called “City Free.” The album reunites Nelly with the St. Lunatics as a recording entity for the first time in a decade. The group also has something to celebrate. Nelly’s friend and brother City Spud is out of jail after doing a nine year stretch. The St. Lunatics vowed not to do a project together without City Spud. A video for the song “Money Talks” began shooting April 19 in a suburb of St. Louis called Fenton, Missouri. City Spud went to jail for assault.
