A Wyoming man was tased by Cheyenne police earlier this month, despite his best efforts to avoid the punishment. According to the “Wyoming Tribune Eagle,” authorities visited Brian Mattert’s home on September 16th after receiving a domestic violence call. Mattert reportedly knew he was going to be tased, so he covered himself with white latex paint believing that would prevent police from shooting him. Unfortunately, officers explained that the paint would have no effect on their tasers, and subsequently zapped the 34-year-old. Mattert is now facing numerous charges including domestic violence and aggravated assault on a peace officer.
