An Australian family is celebrating after their pet cat survived a terrifying ordeal.  The U.K.’s “Orange” news is reporting that a seven-month-old Siamese named Suki nearly died after enduring a full cycle in a washing machine.  Liz Fear says her family was watching television one night when they noticed that Suki was nowhere to be found.  Fear says she finally located the cat when she went to take a load of clothes out of the washing machine.  She recalls, quote, “I lifted her limp and lifeless body out and she was really cold and colorless and I held her in my arms.”  A very sick Suki was rushed to a local vet where she was initially given a not-so-promising diagnosis.  Fortunately, Suki was able to pull through, and is now expected to make a full recovery.
