(Glendale, AZ) — The Texans were unable to hold a 16-0, fourth-quarter lead as they lost their preseason opener Saturday 19-16 to the Cardinals at University of Phoenix Stadium. Matt Schaub connected with Andre Brown for a 44-yard touchdown strike in the first quarter, to run the score to 10-0. Neil Rackers and Kris Brown then added field goals to take the 16-point lead into the final quarter. However, the Cards were able to score three unanswered touchdowns in the last 8:30 of the contest. Dan Orlovsky was 12-of-21 passing for 129 yards, while Schaub completed five-of-six tries for 78 yards and the score.
