(Undated) — Pounding down caffeine apparently is Lindsay Lohan’s new thrill. The “New York Post” reports Lohan and cans of Red Bull are a steady thing. The troubled actress/singer was banned from drinking alcohol by a judge and ordered to wear a Scram monitoring bracelet. Friends say Lohan now downs eight cans of Red Bull a day, followed by Coca-Cola and chain-smokes cigarettes. The newspaper cites sources as saying Lohan is trying hard to mend her ways and finally understands the seriousness of the situation. She wants to avoid jail and is looking to jump-start her career. The sources add that she’s trying to surround herself with people who are a good influence, instead of the usual enablers.
